Kayli Anderson, MS RDN ACSM-EP DipACLM is a registered dietitian with a decade of experience in plant-based nutrition, culinary education, intuitive eating and lifestyle medicine.  She holds a Master's degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance from Saint Louis University Doisy College of Health Sciences, is a certified Exercise Physiologist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and is trained in natural foods cooking.  Women's Health is her heart's work, and she teaches women how to find joy and healing through food via virtual nutrition courses in her private practice and on her blog, Plant-based Mavens (plantbasedmavens.com).  She is a graduate of the Women's Functional and Integrative Medicine Training Program, and speaks at medical conferences on the topics of women's health.

Kayli is author of the "Plant-Based Nutrition Quick Start Guide" and the principal author of the "Optimal Nutrition for Women" chapter of the lifestyle medicine textbook "Improving Women's Health Across the Lifespan".  She is board certified in Lifestyle Medicine and serves as Lead Faculty of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) Food as Medicine Course.  She is also Secretary of ACLM's Women's Health Member Interest Group, and Nutrition Faculty for the Lifestyle Medicine Core Competencies, Lifestyle Medicine Board Review Course and Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum.

Kayli has worked with many plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine organizations including Full Plate Living, the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP), Blue Zones, The Plantrician Project and Engine 2.  She lives in the mountains of Colorado where she enjoys gardening, hiking, skiing and cooking for her family and friends.
