Grassroots activist regarding environmentally sustainable diets and related climate change action
Andrea is a registered dietitian specializing in whole food plant-based nutrition. She holds a Master of Public Health degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University. In 2020 she established an online nutrition consulting practice called Wotan Nutrition, to help individuals with chronic conditions shift to plant-based diets. She became a vegan in 2012 based upon compassion for animals and the planet. She is currently Co-Chair of the Plant-Rich Diet Task Force under the Environmental Sustainability Rotary Action Group. She is a grassroots community activist with regard to environmentally sustainable diets and related climate change action.
