For those who prefer to stay at a hotel some distance from campus, group room rates have been secured at two local hotels with shuttle service to campus, as shown below on this page. If you intend to utilize shuttle service, please share details of your stay with our staff at: volunteer@p-pod.org and we will organize 1 to 2 shuttles at the beginning and end of each day. Car services such as taxi, Lyft and Uber are available in the area and we encourage attendees to rideshare as they are may be able.
There is also a THIRD hotel, Red Roof, wich has NO SHUTTLE available for P-POD's conference site, but at which we have ALSO arranged group room rates for P-POD participants. If you will have a car, and will NOT need a shuttle, but you will need a hotel as opposed to P-POD's own affordable Walking-distance Campus Housing , then we urge you to book a room at the Red Roof, also now shown here far below.
Group room blocks are available for the nights of Thursday, July 23, Friday, July 24, Saturday, July 25, and Sunday, July 26. All rooms include a refrigerator, microwave, wireless internet, and parking.

We encourage our registrants to refer to our online agenda.
Printed agendas are available upon request; when possible our materials are printed on 100% recycled paper.
Food and Ware
We encourage attendees to bring their own thermoses or water bottles if possible.
Our 2020 meals will be served on durable dishware.
